Senior Vice President, Human Resources, EMEA Region

Peter Buisman joined BCD Travel in early 2008 as senior vice president of human resources for the EMEA Region. In January 2009 he accepted a dual role as interim Director, HR for the Benelux Region.

Peter has held various responsibilities in human resources with Adidas International and Mattel Europe Holdings, where he acquired more than fifteen years’ experience in leading human resources teams for major global businesses. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support company goals by guiding management to build a talent-based organization. He counsels company leaders in strategic planning and provide leadership regarding HR initiatives on a Pan-European basis.
