Heinz Jennewein is responsible for Performance Solutions and Information & Communication Technology across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition, he leads BCD Travel’s global Client Data Solutions teams, which are responsible for customer management reporting and business intelligence.

Heinz’s lengthy career within the travel industry began in 1993 at the European head office of Best Western International, where he was responsible for global distribution systems. He moved to Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 1995 to lead Information Technology across 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as CWT’s European project management organization. Heinz joined BCD Travel in 2006.
